Our take on the DELTA Pro Ultra
- Who it suits
- Consider the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra if you want 6,144 Wh of LFP battery capacity, 7,200 W continuous AC output, and both 120 V and 240 V from one inverter.
- Who should skip it
- Skip it if you need a light station to move often, a stated full-charge time, or a guaranteed starting margin for a 1 HP 240 V well pump.
- Closest alternative
- Choose the Jackery Explorer 5000 Plus if you prefer a lower-capacity model that still provides 120 V and 240 V from one unit.
Good for
- Home backup with both 120 V and 240 V loads, with 6 AC outlets including NEMA 5-20R, TT-30R and L14-30R.
- Solar charging up to 5,600 W.
- Battery expansion up to 30 kWh per inverter with five DELTA Pro Ultra batteries.
- A 1/2 HP sump pump, which the site calculator places within the station's rating.
- Equipment that needs the stated 0 ms switching on the online-UPS outlets.
Not for
- A 1 HP 240 V well pump without checking its starting requirements, since start-up may exceed the stated surge rating.
- Buyers who want one light unit rather than a separate inverter and battery.
- Anyone who needs a published full-charge time before choosing a station.
Before you buy
- EcoFlow lists the inverter at approximately 70.8 lb and the battery at approximately 111.3 lb. It does not give one combined weight.
- Wall charging is rated at 3,000 W through the C20 inlet at 240 V. EcoFlow also states a 6,200 W fastest input with one battery but does not name the charging source.
- EcoFlow does not state a full-charge time.
- UPS switching is 0 ms on the online-UPS outlets and under 20 ms on the backup-UPS outlets, including the 240 V outlet.
- The LFP battery is rated for 3,500 cycles to 80% capacity. The warranty is 5 years.
- Any transfer switch or inlet used for home wiring must be listed equipment installed by a licensed electrician. See the transfer switch guide.

What the DELTA Pro Ultra can run
Estimated runtime on a full charge with one appliance plugged in. We assume 80% to 90% of the rated 6,144 Wh reaches the appliance. The start-up check compares each appliance's published start-up figure (volts times starting amps, in VA) with the stated surge rating. At small loads the station's own idle draw takes a large share, so actual runtime can fall well below the range.

Medical devices. A rating check is not medical advice; here is what device makers and the FDA say.
- CPAP without humidifier (ResMed AirSense 10/11 class): FDA: ask your device maker or supplier whether the device can run on batteries or a generator, and check settings after power returns. If the device is life-sustaining, seek emergency help. ResMed battery guide: it strongly recommends a ResMed DC-to-DC converter over a DC-to-AC inverter when running from a battery.
- CPAP with heated humidifier (ResMed AirSense 11 / 10): FDA: ask your device maker or supplier whether the device can run on batteries or a generator, and check settings after power returns. ResMed battery guide: it strongly recommends a ResMed DC-to-DC converter over a DC-to-AC inverter when running from a battery.
- Travel CPAP (ResMed AirMini): FDA: confirm with the maker or supplier that battery or generator power is suitable for your device.
- Home oxygen concentrator (5 LPM): FDA: ask the maker or supplier whether it can run on batteries or a generator, and use battery-powered lights rather than gas lights or torches when oxygen is in use. Seek emergency help if the device is life-sustaining.
- Nebulizer (compressor type), Power wheelchair or scooter charger (24 V, 8 A): FDA: ask your device maker or supplier whether the device can run on batteries or a generator, and check settings after power returns. If the device is life-sustaining, seek emergency help.

How long can the DELTA Pro Ultra run a refrigerator?
Our calculation for a refrigerator averaging 60 W is 81.9 to 92.2 hours.
How many nights can it power a CPAP with a heated humidifier?
Our calculation for a CPAP with a heated humidifier is 11.0 to 12.3 nights. Each night is 8 hours at 56.1 W. Confirm with the device maker and your doctor before relying on a power station.
Can the DELTA Pro Ultra run a well pump or sump pump?
The site calculator places a 1/2 HP sump pump within the station's rating. A 1 HP 240 V well pump may have a starting demand above the stated 10,800 W surge rating, so check the pump's starting requirements before relying on it.
Does every AC outlet provide 0 ms UPS switching?
No. EcoFlow specifies 0 ms switching for the online-UPS outlets. The backup-UPS outlets, including the 240 V outlet, switch in under 20 ms.
